Description
The MU320 merging unit is the interface from the physical analog world to the digital, using secure and dependable communication networks. The analog signals from the CTs and VTs in the yard are converted to digital and transmitted via the Sampled Values (SV) network communication protocol. IEC 61850-9-2LE compliance offers interoperability with any process bus device – there is no reliance on proprietary techniques. The MU320 has a compact design, with a shallow case depth for easier accommodation inside space-constrained yard kiosks.
